     “I just want to express what a pleasure it has been having Gage Management providing the Property Management function for the property we lease here in Lawrence.  We have been leasing the house here since 1997 and I believe your company has been providing the maintenance for over 10 of those 14 years.  We have had a few emergencies arise, as any house does, and your crew has always been quick to respond and stayed until the situation was resolved, regardless of day or time it happened. Just recently during the period we had several days in a row of 100+ degree weather and our AC was not working at all.  You arranged a professional from a local Heating & Cooling Company to come out at 7:30 pm.

     Once or twice the problem turned out to be more complex than your crew were prepared to deal with and a professional with that expertise was hired to do the repairs on every occasion.  I even remember we had problems with the bathroom on the main level and it was 5:30 PM.  Because your maintenance crew had gone home for the day you came out yourself and performed the repairs on the bathroom.  We were very  impressed that you would take the time to do this for us.

     We really appreciate how your office will follow up a repair with a phone call a few days after the repairs were made to assure everything was repaired properly and completely.

     As a travelling consultant and gone Monday to Friday, it was important for me to know that any emergencies that occur while I am gone will be taken care of quickly and properly.  I recently developed a nerve disease and you had your crew come out and put reinforcements on the stairway rails so that I had support when I went up and down the stairs.
